Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our supplier network. Timelines below are typical, not guaranteed — customs and carrier events can affect them.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
2. Delivery time
- European Union: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: typically 8–14 business days.
- United States & Canada: typically 8–15 business days.
- Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days.
These windows exclude customs delays and peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year), which can add up to 10 additional business days.
3. Shipping costs
We charge a flat $4.99 USD tracked shipping fee on every order, to every destination worldwide — no thresholds, no surcharges. The fee is displayed at checkout before payment. All prices on this site, including shipping, are shown in US dollars (USD).
4. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped inside the EU are delivered duty-paid; VAT is included in the price at checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's thresholds before ordering.
5. Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. If the tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, contact support@aeris-cool.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we can either resend it (you pay the new shipping) or refund the product price minus shipping.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking event. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
8. Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable through no fault of ours (refused delivery, unclaimed at the post office, invalid address), we will offer a resend at your cost or a refund of the product price only.
